Early on the P-22 scope from Nikon optics has proven to be a fine match for a .22 as accurate as the Volquartsen Superlite.

Here is the FULL REVIEW of the Volquartsen Superlite Rifle.

I’m in love. The Volquartsen Custom Superlite 22 LR (featured in the Trick Shot episode of Top Shot 4) is an absolute beast of a tack driver. Weighs UNDER 5 pounds with the scope and hardware thanks to the uber friendly to the touch Hogue overmolded rubber stock, CNC machined anodized aluminum receiver and the carbon fiber barrel. Tonight we (Dad was in town) got to put a few hundred rounds through her with various ammo brands and it was flawless. Dime sized 10 shot groups at 50 yards off the bench were routine with CCI Maxi Mag ammo with many more ammo accuracy tests to come. The trigger has ZERO play and I estimate it breaks at just under 3 pounds. No take up, no staging, just a solid wall then “SNAP!”

There aren’t many rifles that I pick up and refuse to quit shooting after several hundred rounds, but I can already see this is one of them. I was actually DEPRESSED that we had to put it away and move on to some other stuff. 6″ diamond shaped 1/2″ thick steel plates were suffering a slow death from 50 yards standing and the rifle is so light my shoulders (and trigger finger) experienced ZERO fatigue. Next time out I’ll be taking this rifle ONLY so we get plenty of quality time together. :)

I’ve always said that I love rimfires, but this may be a biased review. Because it’s evident I don’t just love rimfires, I love THIS rimfire! Dustin was right.
